I can see why Kagome would leave.
I loved how you captured the feelings of discomfort and weighing what is considered to be "right" and what the heart wants.

This is a journey that others can put themselves in and proabaly have gone through.

I'm excited to read what lies ahead for our duo. :)

This chapter makes Kagome's character more relatable to me and I appreciate that you've given the story twists and taken the time to develop something great.

Dear Hatter Theory, please write some more chapters please I need to know what happens between kagome and sesshoumaru please I will not be able to sleep tonight I need to know what kagome does after she moves and what sesshoumaru feels, does he become a miserable wreck, does she think about what she's done; I normally don't do this but,  Ineed to know. When a story is good and I mean this story is excellent, please continue writing this story or any other and I know my grammar is horrible. I do not mean to rush you but I would just really like to read another chapter. I cannot tell you how many times I've laughed and cried in this story but I love it.

;______; aww kagome. The choices you make... Although logical but frustratingly grrrrr. I can't think of the word that describes it.  

I am probably going to get kicked in the teeth for this, but I totally get it.  Your first attempt at love, and the boy is chasing after a DEAD woman, who you just so happen to be the reincarnate off. I get why she doesn't want the messiness nor the baggage. I would be a little put off too. And it make sense to me that she would put everything she had into her career, her replacement lover in a way. But most importantly, I get why she feels betrayed and needs to leave. She has shared everything with Sesshomaru, he knows how she feels about everything, and IMO she probably wouldn't have freaked out as bad if it had been anyone else. But because she has told him, over and over, how she does not want a relationship woth anyone. And it was her best friend who she thought understood and respected her decisions and goals that kissed her. I would have more than likely had a similar reaction. I really like that little moment of hesitation and doubt. It definitely made everything, for me at least, that much more emotional and real.
