There is a fic where Sess needs a potion so that Rin can mate a human. He rapes Kagome to get the potion in a special place (I think it was a cave) but then regrets it and tries to atone. Thank you

I believe you are looking for "Absolution" by Demonlordlover. The potion, though, allowed Rin to mate a youkai and live as long as the youkai did. You can find the story here:
