Welcome to anyone new and welcome back to anyone who knew me in the before times lol

I do not know if/when I will be updating The Knight, its been 10 years since my last update, and a LOT has changed. I do not have any of those notes, any prewritten chapters, nothing. I highly doubt I will get to it because that particular story was meant to be 'my epic' so I had loads of plans and plot details (which I no longer have). I'm also not sure if I'm mentally or emotionally prepared to jump back into that space.

But never say never. I never thought I'd have written another story, and here we are.

I'm glad you enjoyed both one shots, different though as they were!

I'm partial to a good period piece too, so I'm glad I got to try out writing one myself!

And I'm glad Challenge Accepted gave you laughs, I was definitely having a ton of fun while writing it.

Also to reply to what you replied to my previous comment down there, totally agree on the subtler kind of humor being better, awkward situations too often lead to uncomfortable levels of second hand embarrassment.

I thought it was the right injection of comedy, it wasn't always overt in the form of maybe a joke but it was the little subtle things like Kags thinking how this was so surreal like a movie, and Sess being unable to get work done and pretty much fidgeting.

That joke in the elevator about old times sake made me giggle.

Personally I like when romcoms aren't trying too hard to be funny and make awkward situations, etc. So this story was just delightful to me.

Thank you for your review to "Prompts." It's surprising to me how so many people here, and on AO3 seem to be so invested in the 3rd story. I actually was more interested in the second.

I'd like to think Kagome must have sent a note with the flashdrive. In the original plotline, I was debating having Sesshomaru come chasing after her in London, and him actually having known she was a spy all this time. But, it sounded so crazy in my head (and it would likely have then snowballed into one of my longer oneshots) so, I changed the plan.

I'm so glad you enjoyed the story though, and hope you enjoy the others just as much.
Feedback from Sora-chan: I really enjoyed the second one, I also think its more 'complete' than the third. I feel like I can easily create a whole adventure from what was given but the third one could go in ANY direction. it feels a whole lot more what if open-ended.

When I read that she was at the airport, I already had it in my mind that he was there waiting, and then I was reminded about the Parent Trap remake with Lindsay Lohan and expected him to start going off about how Concorde is faster >.
