That's a water balloon! I got it at a traditional game at the Japanese summer festival whereby people 'fish' for balloons using strips of hooks fashioned out of a bit of wire and rice paper! Basically there are many of these water balloons bobbing around in tubs of water

Dear LC!! Congrats on all the awards won!! I am really really honored that my story Wisteria could come in second after Collared for Best Drama!! It is truly a great honor to be able to have my story compared against Collared (which is one of the best works I've read so far), and I am still very honored to have a place in the rankings alongside one of the best authors on this site!
