I love animals, especially cats and dolphins, and have been considered a "bunny hugger."
I listen to classical rock, very mild hardrock (aka Evanescance), Celtic music, instrumentals, J-pop, and other such of the like. I despise rap and severe hardrock and heavy metal.
I danced ballet, jazz, and modern dance for three years in high school.
I somewhat play a few intruments. The piano I can moderately play (as in not that well). The flute is my favorite. I love flute music, and I have become attatched to the sound of wooden and bamboo flutes. I would love to learn to play them, even ocarinas.
I love drawing and painting as a passion of mine, but I also do other various pieces of artwork. I favor abtract artwork, especially expressionism, but I also can do realism. Modern art is a lot of fun as well. I tend to collect art supplies, and currently I own acrylic, watercolor, and oil paints, oil pastels, soft pastels(similar to chalk), white and black charcoal, dozens of pencils, Prisma colored pencils, sketchbooks galore, and much more. (Obsessive much? hehehe!)
I have an associates degree in Web page design and completed the college work in '09. Though I am still searching for a steady full-time job in Web Design, I am doing some freelancing. It is through my coursework that I learned html, Photoshop, Flash, Javascript, Dreamweaver, PHP scripting, and more. I chose this field of study because I have been designing websites as a hobby since I was about twelve. On top of it the design skills needed can take my love of drawing, painting, and artwork in general, and be incorporated into it all. So in a sense, I am in a field that I am and can be passionate about.
I love reading and writing. I write poetry and stories. I love reading fanfiction, especially Sesshoumaru and Kagome (obviously or I would not be here, ne?).
I am currently working on two stories. One is easily a Sess/kag story. The other began as a Inu/kag, but I am contemplating rethinking is as a Sess/kag. I have a couple of chapters written, but I am a huge perfectionist, so I wish to be sure the first three or so chapters are "perfect" to my standards. I have already proofread the first chapter of one of the stories about three times, and I am still not entirely satisfied with it. So until I get a few more chapters to where I want them to be, nothing will be posted. However, I do usually prefer to have the entire story finished first. As fun and amusing as it would be, I don't want to keep my readers waiting too long for any updates!
