I tried a new technique with hair/fur shading. Any tips/critiques are greatly appreciated!

I love Kagome's super shiny hair, wish mine was halfway as nice! I also like MokoMoko done in that faint pinkish tone. I like this picture all round.

I think the lower shading line in his fur should be downward curve instead of upward, maybe, but everything else is just awesome! Great work.:D
