All kidding in Crack Smuts aside, what does everyone think Jinenji's Father was in the way of a real demon, to produce his looks? He has orange skin, green buggy like eyes, and from what we saw of the father, I'm guessing perhaps some kind of a large insect. Maybe a moth demon of some kind, like Gatenmaru?

In cannon his father is a horse demon. An interesting side fact is that like Inuyasha he dose become human once a month but instead of during the night it happens during the day. Ironically enough instead of going out on that day he hides under a blanket and wont leave the house. IT appears he is almost as big in human form as in demon form. Though being a yam is funny too ^^
