Hey, um, I'm a newbie here. I've got new stories I've written but I don't know how to upload them. Can anyone guide me, please?

On the top bar of the site, click Fanfiction. On the left side of the screen will be a menu; click My Stories and it'll take you to a screen where you can add a fic.
