Okay I'm looking all over the place and I can't find/figure out the approximate of Kagome's birthday. I at the very least need to know was it spring or summer? All I could find about her bday was that she fell down the well on her 15th birthday and I remember lots of green so I'm assuming it was either spring or summer.

I don't think an exact date has ever been provided in the manga itself. I always had the impression that it was around the same time as the beginning of the Japanese school year, which I have read is usually in April.
