The Stone - An Evolutionary Proccess 12 Years ago Karma: 22
Hello everyone,

I recently started a rather large project. As I was writing a part of my story, Limerance, I got the sudden urge to draw the scene that I was describing. I thought "I really want to capture how epic this feels to me". One thing led to another, and I ended up with a giant painting.

I've never done digital painting before. I've only colored things on the computer with my tablet. I've also never drawn a real "scene". My only experience has been with drawing characters and such...

So, all of this is a new experience for me. I'm afraid that I will lose heart and never finish this project, but I really want to. So, I'm going to post my painting and the stages of it until I complete it.

Having it here should keep me motivated to finish it.

I'm sorry about the quality. I know it's not that great. But, I will keep practicing and hopefully improving

So, here is STAGE 1:

I couldn't resist posting this as I added tiny Sessy and Kagome
Also added more shading to the walls.

I'm really eager to see the finished product!
I'm already so hooked on your story, having a visual reference would just be icing on the cake.
