I'm only on chapter three of "Crystal Hearts", and I felt I had to pop over here to forum to recommend it. This is a crazily original A/U story, heavy on creative characterization and extravagant description. Psycholotically disturbing, not for the faint of heart or stomach, but very insightful. If, like I, you weren't drawn in by the title or summary, do yourself a favor and give this fascinating story a try!

Oh I definately agree with knifethrower on this one, 'Crystal Hearts' is an AWESOME fic
