the fic from what I remember is him playing fetch with Kagome in his true form.
the picture was of Kagome and rin taking the brothers for a walk Kagome was leaning back against the leash with inu lunged as his transformed brother. Sesshoumar stood there with Rin dangling from a leash. She was suspend of the ground and waving sheepishly at Kagome.

There is a scene in Tears of the Fallen where Kagome is playing fetch with a puppy Sess. (Chapter 17)
