Hi!

I'm looking for an old Sess/Kag fic that I can't really remember the name or entire plot of. I just remember this one scene where Sesshoumaru goes through sort of like an evolution in a cave and becomes more powerful. Kagome (who he's already mated) is asleep and Sesshoumaru wakes Kagome up through telepathy and is really horny. I think this scene is much later in the fic and is rated M/MA.

If it helps, during that scene there are two bird youkai (that are mates) that work for Sesshoumaru who fret over Kagome until she wakes up and then run away and leave Kagome when they learn that Sesshoumaru has finished his evolution and is on his way to find his mate and show her the changes.

I always seem to forget about that story. I read it, and then I cant remember it months later. oh well.

I'm glad I'm not the only one! I was beginning to worry that maybe I had made it all up in my mind. I've been searching like crazy but can't seem to find it.

I also remember quite distinctly during that scene that not only had Sesshoumaru gotten more powerful, but it showed in his physique as well. He had gotten taller, more muscular, had a more angular face, and I think his hair either grew longer or got whiter or something. Kagome notes these changes and Sesshoumaru tells her (through their mental connection that they suddenly developed) that she's changed too and her hair had become even darker, more blue than black.

Sadly, no. I only remember that scene of the story.

I'm pretty sure it's complete because I usually only read complete stories.

I'm still looking too, so hopefully between the two of us we can find it!

It's called 'Silk and Blood' by Royal blueKitsune and the reason we couldn't find it was because it's not actually listed on dokuga anymore.
