All I can remember is sesshoumaru and Kagome fall in love, but she gets sent back to the future or something. They're somehow separated by time and when they're separated he concocts something that gives whoever drinks it immortality and he slips it to Sango, Miroku and Inuyasha to test it out. This happens near the end that's pretty much all I remember.

Any help would be much appreciated

I know the one you mean, there is also the part about a song Sesshomaru wrote, and Kagome hates it, I wil keep looking and let you know

I know that there was also a oneshot continuation where Kagome plots her and her family's "death" so they can begin life again, upon the release of a sex tape to the media by... whoever married InuYasha.
