Choices and Consequences by TexanLady (mature readers only) is pretty good. Very gradual and believable, leading to Sesshoumaru being head over heels for Kagome.

Mousey, was Choices ever completed? O.o I can't recall...I remembered following it at one point, but it kind of disappeared from the top of my watch list in my mind.
