Alright, so this is probably a MA fic, so here goes

Kagome and Sesshomaru are mates, its modern time, demons are dying out and Kag is super fertile. Inuyasha wants her back and goes to the council to have her, and they approve it and lock away Sesshomaru. Kagome puts inuyasha in his place... along with all the demons.

Had to have read it within the last year or so but I couldn't tell you if its an older fic or not.
