Please help I can't remember the title or author but it is complete. Inuyasha is abusing Kagome. She's hiding it because he threatened to hurt shippo. They are still searching for shards. Sessohmaru saves her due to honor and has to mark her to replace Inuyashas mark. Koga joins them. Kagome gets a pet bird from Sess's court ladies that become friends with Kagome.

That sounds like Kryptonite by Danyealle-sama, which has been taken down (see post dokuga.com/forum/35-fanfiction/121802-kryptonite#121802).
