This was one of my favorites and I never marked it for some reason.

Kagome wished away the jewel, Inuyasha, Inutashio, Izoyoi, and Kikyo become tyrants. Naraku is alive and is an ally/pack to Kagome and Sesshomaru. Kagome and Rin were abused by Inuyasha and co. but then were saved by Sesshomaru.

You're looking for "Revolution" which was on our site until recently. The author, Pensierri32 here, Penny32 on AO3 didn't fix a problem with it so it was deleted. Anyway, you can find it on Archive Of Our Own here: https://archiveofourown.org/works/19890622/chapters/47111626
