I can't remember the name of this fic but the main plot was Kagome chose to become a mother through invitro and was accidentally given Sesshomaru's sperm (who happens to be her boss). The reason Sesshomaru was at the clinic was he was told they could create him an heir through only his sperm. The mix up was caused by the secretary at the clinic - to cover herself she lied and pretended to be the doctor in correspondence.

I would greatly appreciate if someone can assist (pretty sure the fic in question is rated M so if someone does find it no YIMs)
