It's been so long since I read this story. So I'll write what I remember
- It's after the jewel is complete and kagome is immortal
- she visit the western palace and heal Sesshoumaru's son
- Sesshoumaru's mate trying to attack Kagome
- there's a scene that they playing some game while drinking sake and they ended sleeping together
- kagome going with rin after rin husband died
- kagome's pregnant
- kagome and rin trying to get back to western palace when war broke between human lords
- kagome giving birth to baby girl

That's all I remember. Please help me find this fic.

I think I remember another forum for a fanfic that is really similar to this one...sadly though, I believe that someone have mentioned how the fanfic no longer exists...I'm not sure if you're looking for the same one but I am honestly hoping that it's not since this story really seems interesting...

I read that one. It had about 33/35 chapters and was incomplete. I think it was taken down because it was beeing remade (Sessho has more that one son in the second one but story until the last chapter I saw was pretty much still the same). I remember Kagome's daughter beeing named Ren and the duel beetween sessho´s mate and Kagome at the last update. Try looking for it at ff.net, I think it was there.

Would you mind giving more details if you can...like what was some genre, when was it published, estimated length probably...anything at all...
