All I can remember is something happened to Sesshomarus home, and Kagome was helping as her father was an architect, and had taught her safe building practices.
And before anyone says, it IS NOT the one with Kishi in it.

not even sure of rating, but possibly MA

Could this be it? In chapter 9 they mention that Kagome's dad was an architect.

Bound is one of my favorites and actually I just started re-reading it again a few days ago. Plus that is the only story I've read where Kagome's dad is an architect.
