The only thing I remember from this particular fic is that Sesshomaru (In his dog form) somehow ends up chained to a tree in the winter. Kagome finds him buried under the snow and after seeing how malnourished he is she decides to take him along. Pleaseeeee help!

It sounds to me like The Snow Angel by SunsetMiko and Rated: MA. I have difficulty using the link tool while responding via smartphone, so I had to just paste it in here, but it is here on Dokuga.
