I can't seem to find this fiction I read awhile back and I need help finding it. Sota has cancer and is in the hospital. Kagome helps with the shine and helps pay for Sota's medical bills. Somehow I can't remember how but Kagome turns into Sesshomaru's sex buddy and later on Sesshomaru pays off Kagome's job to fire her because he is tired of her not being able to come when he demands it. Kagome ends of mad because that job helped with medical bills and the shine.

Yes. It's definitely that story. There is another one w/c had a similar plot but Sayah1112's definitely match your description.
