Did you know that in the California Penal Code if you threaten to kick someone’s arse that is a felony 422 a Threat to terrorize and could result in going to prison HOWEVER If you actually go over and kick their arse that is a misdemeanor 242 battery (as long as it wasn't serious bodily injury) . So what they seem to be telling us is…don't say it, bring it!
