Have any of you watched the anime "Saiunkoku Monogatarti"? The main female character is the same English voice actress of Sango from Inuyasha. It's an empowering, intelligent story for women, and really everyone, and is also set in ancient times. *sigh* It also has great looking silver haired men, fantasy, action, comedy, and romance. lol

yes i have although i have to say that even though it is a great anime series the ending rather stinks. i own the first dvd but unfortunately i am unable to find the rest of the dvds. i was watching the rest of the series on you tube but all it is, is either amvs or it is the japanese version with the english subtitles. i have found very few english dubbed episodes. i wish you luck

Actually, i've seen all the episodes of both seasons (and i highly recommend the 2nd season - lots of character growth for everyone), English dubbed on Dubbinz. com (Dubbinz is where you can watch LOADS of anime by the way, and it's great b'c the links are fresh and all the episodes are there ^_^)

I highly recommend SaiMono; it's what got me back into fanfiction after a hiatus of many years. Based off a series of light novels, it's not your typical reverse harem shojo stuff. Romance, action/adventure, magic, politics...and Seiran is to die for. <le sigh>

That is so pretty! Ya know that Sango's english voice is the girl that does all the Barbie voices in the Barbie movies? I laughed soo hard when I found this out

I've watched both series of this anime... I IS beautiful and it's a very nice story. However, it sincerely lacks adequate fanservice T_T
I guess that's what fanfiction is for, haha. I just don't read fanfiction for any other series but InuYasha for some reason ^_^''
