Okay so how many of you have seen the Shake Weight commercial?

Is it just me, or does anyone else feel the almost instinctual urge to cover the kids eyes when this commercial comes on? I thought it was fake when I first saw it, but was quite surprised to find that it was real!!

I... don't really have anything else to say about it. I just wanted to know if maybe my mind was hopelessly lost in the depths of the filthy, filthy gutter, or does anyone else feel slightly dirty watching this particular ad?

I've seen it in youtube and it makes me think otherwise :|
hell if I have kids I'm not letting them watch THAT commercial

No, Mistress Siana - you are not the only one. Instantly I had several dirty thoughts go through my head when I saw it. A couple of weeks ag I was browsing at a local store and saw the product displayed on an end cap...and I blushed - then walked away due to my fourteen year old son asking me what my deal was. You know, I blushed even more when he saw what I had been looking at and laughed, then said "Oh, never mind."

Lady b, I saw that parody when I was looking for the original commercial on youtube!!

Yeah... so I guess it's not just me. I find it especially interesting that most of the models they use for this are wearing tight, somewhat low-cut tops and holding the weight near their chests.

Well no kids, but I don't think I would let my hubby watch that commercial, so definitely not just you. Though in their defense, perhaps we all just read too many lemons and now our minds are permanently in the gutter lol.

I've noticed a lot of weight loss products like that seem to make people look more and more ridiculous while using it.

I just thought that the entire thing was ridiculous. it didn't even really dawn on my about the dirty quality it had. Now hearing about it yeah but who would ever take a commercial like that seriously? it just seems like a gag
