I've realized that I read WAY too much manga. I picked up a plain ol' American comic book this morning, and was reading for about two minutes, wondering why it wasn't making any sense when I realized I was reading it right to left.
That can't be a good sign.

You have no idea what you're talking, my dear. There's no such thing as too much manga. I do it to myself too. Never feel guilty about reading a lot of manga.
