My boyfriend is a lit major and he also writes. Not stories but he does write poems and when he does he usually listens to instrumental music. We were writing together last night and he was listening to below song.

Guys. We listened to the same song for an HOUR and it really spurred THREE separate chapters from me. It's beautiful and if you listen to music while writing... well - here you go!

Wow now that's just beautiful. I have always liked piano music, it sounds so much like bells but sweeter with all of those lovely chimey-tones in between. Some of my favourite instrumentals are played via piano too. It's such a versatile instrument.

Although lol, the first opening sequence as the video/music plays reminds me of quite a few angsty-style pop-songs I like.

Spoiler Alert Here is Chopin's Ballade in G Minor Op 23. The piano solo that Kousei plays for Kaori at the end of "Your Lie in April" as she is dying
