I think Kagome is being a little unreasonable. She wants a 21st century romance in feudal times. In feudal Japan you could be ordered to give up your lands and titles and kill yourself for being seen as disrespectful and dishonorable. Expecting him to risk dishonor to his entire family line and possibly war just so she can have her way seems a bit immature. He needs to bend a little, but so does she. She does not seem to understand the responsibilities of his position. Anyway I am curious to see how you eventually bring them together, or completely break them apart.
