I love this story you have me addicted!  This story is wonderful.  Your structure, the plot, the play out so far, the characters development, the slow progressing romance.  I love it I hope this will be long story since I love long stories lol but I am content with the flow it's not to fast not to slow just the right amount. I love details in stories but some authors at times put long winded details and it becomes tiresome, sometimes bigger detail is needed but not always so I like the fact you don't drown the reader with too much to lose our interest or confuse us. You stick to the flow you like and it's pleasing to the reader and keeps our interest and leaves us wanting more those are shown by a skilled writer well done I wait for the next installment to this wonderfully unique story.

You've got a great thing going here.  I've gotten the writing bug too and so I carry a notebook or digital recorder everywhere.  It's worse than that transportable Cricut tablet or than the Quickcutz.  I scrapbook and OMG the amount of stuff I have laying around here if it were tangible fanfiction you would literally drown.  I've caught a few spelling errors and this word for that word but all in all its a good solid  piece of fiction.   Sometimes you have to write the ending to get to the beginning.  Keep working away and let your mind wander a bit here and there.

loved the chapter.  It went how I had hoped as far as her only telling Sesshomaru.  Shippo was a surprise but not unexpected.  It didn't feel rushed, just a short chapter saying what naturally came next in the story line.  To add more to it would probably have made it way longer and hard to find a cut off line.  Can't wait for the next chapter.

As for other matters.  I think you should post the new story.  I'm a similar writer as yourself.  The next chapter is always somewhat of a surprise to me.  I have a general idea of what I want to happen, but all the stuff that makes it a chapter instead of a few bullet points in an outline are what come as I write.

I myself have multiple stories in progress from 3 different fandoms, 5 if I count the ones I haven't updated in a quite some time or just posted the first chapter.  Never mind the new stories that I have started to outline and would like to post.  I just rotate through the ones I have going already or go with the one that has ideas coming to me.

So once again, go on ahead and post another story for us to try and we'll wait for you to update it when you get around to it.  Because most of us are sensible and realize real life comes first since we aren't getting paid for our stories.
