Very intriguing storyline, especially with Rin being a little bit of a spoiled child and also being a miko. 

Also, each of your chapters are long enough to get the plot advanced but you don't get any of the disjointedness that some drabbles can cause.

It's new to see Rin as a sulking child. I didn't think that she was capable of it. However, since this is an AU, and she wasn't (I'm assuming) re-animated by Sesshoumau, she may have had a less traumatic life before him. Meaning, she would have the luxury to sulk before.

I do like the reasoning for why she isn't so peachy about her powers. I am glad that it looks like Kagome has successfully won over both the father and the adoptive daughter.

I really like how Miroku and Kagome both applied for the same job. That tied in quite nicely.

I was rather worried that Rin's awakening powers may have possibly caused Sesshoumaru discomfort. Is that why they cannot touch? I was actually thinking that was the reason, and that Kagome would tell Rin that if her powers were controlled, Rin would be able to tackle her father again.

Then again - I like the pranking more.

Macho, macho man! I wanna be a macho man! I assume that's the song you're referring to? Or perhaps the Nacho Man commercial from the nineties? Either way, they're hilarious. 

Well frankly this wasn't much of a penance to pay but I'm glad you made me pay it! This was such a wonderful read and made me giggle so hard I got weird looks from my turtle! I love you characterizations of Sesshomaru (and hte Jaken comment) as well as Rin beign unhappy (not that I like her being unhappy) because I think in that situation she woudl be grumpy about it. I thoutgh the little Souta snippet was halarious as my older brother plays embarrassing music too loud when I least need it as well >//////////////< poor 'gome. Lol. It is a very good mix of humor and a bit of sarcasim (or perhaps snarkyness on sesshomaru side, either way it starts with an s wether it is snarky or sarcastic). I shall continue payign my penace as you update as it is my duty to do so (thats a lie I just really liek this *gigglesnort*). THanks for writing and can't wiat for more and to see hwo Rin reacts and all that in a box of cereal!
