I absolutely loved this chapter!  Even though Sesshoumaru is my favorite, I'm liking Takeshi more and more.  I'm not for a threesome but I stick with my previous review regarding them.  I'm glad Sesshoumaru plans to end the existence of Kikyou simply for Kagome's sake.  It's about time she learned to control  and work with her powers.

Again nice choice of names....and indeed you had me fooled, though I could definitely see how a mermaid could certainly match the description, after all they are sometimes known as a danger of seafarers in old tales. Overall it was nice to see Kagome kick some nymph butt, wish I could have read about the look on Reika's face when she was told lol.

It was just MEAN of you to leave it there! LOL  I wanted to see some fried demon whores!!  Isn't it dangerous for her to be there, though?  Couldn't the other females challenge her one right after the other?  Will she have to fight all twelve, or will she get to make an example of this one?

Oh, I can't wait for the next update.  This story is so good!

I am so grieved to hear that someone flamed you about such a wonderful story. To be honest I'm a huge of Forthright's Unspoiled, and sugar, this is nothing like it. Your Kagome hasn't been sent further back in time to meet a very young Sesshomaru, nor is there a neko youkai tutor. Granted no story is completely original, as my husband says, it's all been done before, what matters is how well you do it....and darlin you're doing it quite well. I'm very much in love with your story, don't let others who obviously envy your talent and can't tell one fanfic from another keep you from continuing this wonderful story. I also want to applaud your use of a nordic name for the dryad....good to see not all characters are automatically japanese, there is such a wild world of mythology out there, nice to see someone use it for a change. My guess on the very lovely and probably pretty lethal youkai that Kagome couldn't identify is shark....again something not often employed but impressive to see.....and definitely never seen in a harem. I shudder to think of the love bites....XD.

I saw your comment on the bottom of the chapter about the flame and I just wanted to say that I'm sorry that that happened but you are doing fantastic with the story so far. I have read hundreds of fanfics and you are one of my favorite writers now! I support you fully on this fic and I just think some people cant be happy with anything and just bark so don't take it too seriously. I envie you for being able to write so well! :) Keep it up!!!

First and foremost, as I am reading your fic as well as Unspoiled I can say that this story has a COMPLETELY DIFFERENT PLOT and as others have noticed A Demon Lord's Cry is here since 2008 whereas Unspoiled is a lot "younger" in 2009.... so it is completely impossible that you have copied a plot that at that time did not exist. A person who is not able to see the difference between forthright's style and yours...is.....let's say... I am worried about his/her IQ... or is simply jealous that your story is so popular and awesome!

Keep in mind one thing...of all us can give criticism, BUT, you can count on the had of your finger the persons who are able to create something wonderful!

I am forever grateful to you that you continued this story. This fic is a breeze of fresh air between so many cliches! I am always checking to see if you have posted anything...*wink*

I have read Unspoiled and it is a favorite of mine. i do not see how this person can possibly say that you stole the plot. if you ask me the person who left the flame has no reading comprehension at all cuz the two stories are nothing alike. anyways keep up the good work and cant wait to read more!

Having read all of Unspoiled, I agree with other reviews that your story does not resemble hers. Do not let one comment discourage you. I have enjoyed this story so far and am rooting for Kagome in the challenge. :)

Okay, I don't see how this story is similar to Forthy's story, obviously that person has not truly read Forthy's story at all. Please do not give up on this story. I love the way you have Kept Sess in character and you have really done Kagome's character justice in this scenario. Keep up the great work and quickly tell us about the result of the challenge. I can't wait!!!
