His story is fantastic, one of the best novels I've ever read, honestly it was lovely to read. You never were obvious and worked beautifully and realistically the graduation of feelings for each other. We also managed to break my heart and made me want to cry more than anything, I even had to pause in my reading, simply because I had to control my emotions. And that means a lot, there are so many times that I'm deeply emotional when I read a story, then congratulations for this masterpiece! And touch me so deeply, with a perfect ending to a wonderful story.
Ps.: Sorry for my bad English or any confusion in my text, but this is not my language, so use Google translator to write.

Loveyaa (Chapter 40) - Mon 21 Jan 2013
All good things must come to an end, but I am sad to see this one go. It has been quite the ride, but I think you navigated it wonderfully. All roads have bumps and obstacles and I think you stayed true to what emotions would arise along the way. I love happy endings (when everything works out and is worth it in the end). I can't wait to see what you come up with next :)
This was one amazing and beautiful story. Thank you for sharing.

| Thank you for this beautiful piece of written art. You really did an excellent job with this tale, it is odd that when it was still incomplete I found myself waiting impatiently for the next chapter and now that it has been completed I realise I won't be able to eagerly anticipate any further chapters. However, all tales must come to an end and I will most definately look out for more of you work as well as recommend you to others. Well written! :)

Congrats Chie on finishing an excellent story! I'm glad you never gave up and allowed me to take this ride with you. It was beautiful, heartfelt, and really touched my heart. Thank you, and I look forward to many more!
Great finish, I love the circular logic. It seems like something Kagome would end up getting caught in.
Ah, and so it ends! Nice epilogue for a great story :) Thank you so much for writing it, I enjoyed reading it so much!
I think it was good that you added this chapter. It helped soften things up a bit. I was one of the people who thought it was a mistake to have Kagome and Sesshoumaru give up their son. Even up until the last chapter, I still felt that that decision had left a shroud of regret and bitterness over the story as a whole. However, now I think there is a certain kind of beauty in how this was written. People have to live with their choices, for good or for ill. You don't get a road map, you have to take action based on the best knowledge that you have at the time. That's what Kagome and Sesshoumaru were faced with and the choice they made had consequences. They will never know how he was when he was a child, they gave up getting to see him grow, gave up building a bond and having that love. They have to live with that. Sadly, Yoshimaru had to live with that choice too, something that was completely outside his control. He had a right to be bitter about that. It was justified. I even felt angry on his behalf that it was on him to forgive them. Life is unfair in that way. Sometimes you have to make the hard choices and be the one who lets things go. He didn't have too and it was good that Kagome and Sesshoumaru accepted that.
I think many times forgiveness is more beneficial to the person who's been slighted than to the actual person who's done the hurt. Yoshimaru chose to try to understand what happened and move on from it. He will never get back what he lost, neither will Kagome and Sesshoumaru. But they can gain something new. That is a very beautiful truth about life and I think this chapter expressed that well and it brought some peace to the story.
Looking back and thinking the choice you made as a writer, it came to me that you could have written it in a way where there was a perfect decision to make that would have resolved everything nicely. However, I respect the fact that you gave them an imperfect choice, one where the future wasn't forseeable, where feelings were hurt and the outcome although messy is still mendable. It was a different way to go and in the end I think making that choice allowed a different message to seep through. It wasn't a sweeping, fantastical fairytale ending. It was softer and sadder, but still important. In a story that started with matchmakers, castles and a magical chain it ends with a modern, relevant message about forgiveness and moving forward past pain and regrets. While the sap in me still yearns for that fantasy ending...the grown up in me respects and appreciates that message and thinks that it was the right choice to make.
I look forward to reading the epilogue. Keep up the good work!
