Glad to see that Kagome is taking another big step in becoming the future queen. *Claps and Smiles* I felt so sorry for her when the reception hall was ruined, but I was glad to see her stand up for herself. Hm, I have a feeling something is going to happen before Kagome and Sesshomaru get married. Is Kouga going to try something again? God, I hope not. But it would be a good twist if it did. A wonderful world. I am enjoying the clear culture lines. It is obvious you have put much thought into this. It is rare for Kagome to have youkai culture actually explained to her - often fanfics leave her to muddle her way through.

Sango's relationship with Sesshoumaru is particularly well written: it strikes the proper cord of respect and familiarity.

This is absolutely amazing, i stumbled across it in the nominees pile for the awards and became entranced. you kept me hooked all the way through and when my internet died my boyfriend got his ass kicked and his PS3 confiscated until he fixed it, *sweatdrops* yeah you got me addicted what can i say? i truly love your portrayal of sesshoumaru, you have done him a justice and i am looking forward to an update! I actually passed this fic up twice while looking through all of dokuga's fics for another one...it was hard to do because I really wanted to read it, so I bookmarked it (along with about 20 other) and promised myself I'd come back to read it.

I was going to go in order, and oddly, and to my happiness, this one was at the top of the list.

THIS is a WONDERFUL story! I adore the original plot that you've come up with about the demon islands. I love your characterization of all of the characters.  Kouga...well, I wanted to jump into the story and beat the hell out of that pig in wolves  fur!  He made me SO angry with the underhanded things that he was doing to try and get Kagome to be his slave of all things!

I love that he got his ass handed to him in the end. I love that his sister was humiliated! That broad...I wanted to smack her one too!  AHH! Your story drew me in to the point that I really wanna throttle some of the characters! Not many stories these days can do that...
