As of right now I really don't know how to feel about this story. I agree with other people kagome is coming across negative and sesshomaro too harsh. You need to start to change the dynamics of your story because it's a weird setting for a couple now. Looking forward to the next chapter.

I really enjoy the story line you have going and I like that Kagome is flawed and realzing her mistakes and fixing them. However, I dont like that she didn't heed the multiple warnings against Naraku. I think she is smarter than that. I like Sesshomaru in these chapters as he's warming up to Kagome and such a good dad!! I cannot wait until the next chapter! Update soon please (:

Wowza!  That is some cliff-hanger.  Of course, Kagome didn't heed the warning (given twice!) and now she is in a situation.  Uh oh.  This was worth the wait.  Enjoyed it!  Looking forward to more.

This update was worth waiting for.  I like the fact Kagome and Sesshoumaru are both flawed.  It is almost like Corporate Pride and Prejudice at times!

Kagome has to find her way and the advice that she was given to become "great" is suited.  I like the way the two families are merging and blending whether they like it or not (Corporate Parent Trap!).  This is great and I am looking forward to the lethal Spider's entry and party.  Kagome will be tested and this will help her as well to grow.  Both parents are growing as they face it challenge.  Wonderful job!

My perception of Kagome is very negative, I know that this wasn't how you built her character to come across.  I think one of the issues that creates a discrepancy in my mind is the strong attempt for Sesshoumaru to be this villain, but he's not.  Kagome, Inuyasha and Kouga's responses to Sesshoumaru seems over the top?  I think it contributes to me liking her less?  Pulling out their bias against him, there's nothing about Sesshoumaru that makes him a villian, just a Type A personality that works very hard to achieve what he has and looks for others to prove themselves just as he did.  Of course, that's not for everyone but it doesn't make him a villain.  This is one of the few stories where I think that they shouldn't be a romantic couple, maybe just weird friends. Even at this point where she knows that he was right in his decision, somehow he was the one that was wrong.  It just seems like if they did get together he would have to be the one that made all the changes while she would stay the same.  I'll be looking out for the next update!

First, Happy New Year and thanks for the gift of all the great chapters.  I really enjoyed reading each one and it kept me on the edge.   I can't wait to see what trouble the kids got into!  Also, Sesshoumaru was a true to his cold hearted and vicious ways.  It was a great lesson to Kagome. I knew he would pay her back for trying to oumaneuver him.  Great job! Looking forward to the next update and showdown.

I kinda love how they are at eachothers throats in the business world but when it comes to the kids they easily slip into co parenting. lol

Yay an update. I missed reading this story.  I am glad that Kagome has the courage to stand up against Sesshomaru.  I can't wait to see what trouble Shippo and Rin got into. Please update soon.

Thanks  for the wonderful chapters.  The interplay with the children was great. Loved the morning scene where they felt like a family. Rin is in Parent Trap mode, too cute. LOVED reading it all and it was worth the wait. Cant wait to meet the head of the family at dinner, it is gonna be a thrill.

Thanks for this story. Being a mother and working fulltime myself I can feel the pressure Kagome is under almost in my bones. You described the tension between having to take care of a family and being dedicated to your job extremely realistic, it felt like a day out of my life. This story, though only fiction, gave me the reassurance that I might not be the only one who is struggling to keep family and job in balance.

And I love how the relation of Sessh and Kags develops rather slowly and in a natural way. I am waiting every week for another update.
