secondly, thank you for another great update! i love this story; it's angst without being over done. Of course I cried when Kagome tried to kill herself, again. I also kind of expected the outcome to be what happened here. Maybe not the non/dubious censent, but yeah. Her reasoning makes sense and though typically I don't agree with non-cons, it's weird in that it was done respectfully? Either way, I am looking forward to the next updates whenever you have a chance.

And there it is folks, the twist of her fate! Dum, dum, dum....great chapter!!! Excited to see how the relationship between Kagome and Katai develops, and Sesshoumaru's role in all of it.

I sympathize with Kagome and understand why she reacted the way she did. However, the blame lies with both of them. He, in his drunken state, legitimately thought the girl was Kagome. He ever told get that he was happen she came back. At the same time, had Kagome been in the village more, it would've been her. But if he had told her that he missed her and wanted her to stay, she would've stayed. If she would've been more understanding of how he felt, then he would've been more willing to talk. If he would've just taken stock of her feelings and talked to her...etc.

I knew he ed going to mess up with sleeping with someone else, but she wasn't around.

Ya know, I knew Inuyasha was going to botch this but I had no idea it would be like that. Not that I'm completely surprised. I do hope Katai catches her and convinces her to come with him and Sesshoumaru. I'm really hoping part of that involves him admitting she is like a mother to him. I can't wait to read more. By the way congrats on the pregnancy and Happy 'late' Thanksgiving.

first of all, CONGRATULATIONS!!!! That's absolutely wonderful news!

I assumed that this is what would happen between the two; that Inuyasha would have slept with another woman and evidence of such would appear just as things started going right. I feel that Sango and crew will want little to do with him and that he might leave as you suggest at the end there. katai with find her, but I think it will be adter some accident in her hurry to lose Inuyasha off her trail. Gah! Things are getting good! i can't wait for your next update.

Typical man. Gets a girl pregnant and blames it on the alcohol. I love how Katai took charge and said he would make sure she wouldn't be back. He almost reminds me of a son protecting his mother. I'm starting to think he wants her as a mom. I can't wait to see how sesshomaru is going to react to this. Shippo as well. Between both sesshomaru and shippo I have a feeling that inuyasha is in for one heck of a beat down! 

Challenge accepted: Sesshomaru is already displaying signs of going into heat and attraction toward the little miko. I predict they will be "breeding" soon enough. Especially after the transformation. Hehehehe. 

I like this story very much. I'm interested to see how the conversation is going to go with Katai almost calling her mother.
