Chapter 01 ~ Taken

This is chapter one of my new story. It's the one I told you about along time ago. This is the only warning you are going to get this is a DARK FIC. Consequently this is the only "safe", as in nonviolent, chapter that I can guarantee you. From this point on you could see any or all of, but should not be limited to: sex, rape, BDSM, and torture. I will not post warnings in all chapters that contain such actions. This is the only warning, should you not like the content mentioned DON'T READ THIS FIC.

Also just do you know I posted the new chapter of The Quad last night, so you can check that out if you haven't.

Now on to

Chapter 01

Kagome stepped out of her car with a sigh. It had been a long day in her third grade classroom. Rin was late to class once again; she knew she would have to talk to her father about getting her to class on time from now on. Then Shippo had been sick and as he was making his way up to her desk to ask if he could go to the restroom, he vomited all over poor little Kanna. So then she not only had a very sick demon on her hands, but a hysterical little girl crying about her new Christmas clothes being ruined. She just wanted to go home and soak in a nice, long relaxing bath. After she had left school before she could get home to take said bath she remembered that she was hungry and had no food in the house. Considering she had yet to go grocery shopping for the week she decided to at least get something for the night.

So here she was stepping out of her car at the grocery store. She quickly made her way through the isles looking for something that sounded good. She had decided to go for something different. Typical Chinese was not on her agenda tonight. What was it that her friend had made for her that one night that was really good? Oh, yeah tacos. She grabbed seasoning, lettuce, tomatoes, hamburger, cheese, soft shells, and the only other thing she would need: taco sauce. She quickly realized she should have grabbed a basket to carry all the stuff in. Arms full, she began to make her way to the checkout counter. With a sigh she realized she was still several isles from the correct side of the store and her arms were already getting tired. Suddenly a voice startled her out of her mundane silent ramblings.

"Excuse me would you like some help there? Your arms look rather full." Kagome turned and saw a man with long black hair staring at her.

"Yes, thank you. I would appreciate that very much. Are you sure you don't have too much to carry yourself? I'd hate to be a burden to you."

He smiled warmly and held up a pepper shaker. "I think I can manage." She smiled in return as he took several of her items off her hands. "The name's Naraku by the way."

"Thank you very much Naraku-sama, my name's Kagome."

"You're welcome Kagome-san, and please, Naraku is fine."

She nodded her head with a smile and replied, "Then please call me Kagome." They walked in a comfortable silence the rest of the way to the checkout. As they arrived, to Kagome's surprise, Naraku told the woman to ring it all up together, and pulled out is wallet. He his head as Kagome reached into her purse.

"I'll get this for you tonight."

"Oh no, I can't let you do that. You just met me."

He handed the cashier money and took Kagome's bags in his hands. She stood there shocked; a man that she had known less than five minutes had bought her groceries. He turned to her with another smile. "Are you coming, or do I get to take your food and make myself a nice dinner?" He joked.

She blushed and followed him outside. "Thank you very much, but I have to pay you back."

"Give me you're number, and go out with me Friday night and we'll call it even. Which car?" He asked gesturing to the parking lot.

"The black Acura," she replied pointing to her car. "Over by that red Escalade." Naraku smiled and walked over to the car with her. As they got to the door, she pulled out her keys and opened the back driver side door. He handed her the bags and asked his question again as she placed them in the back seat.

"So, Friday night?"

She'd just met this man, but he had been incredibly nice to her. "Well, I don't know." Suddenly right before her very eyes, his whole demeanor changed. The aura around him somehow seemed darker. The warm smile he had greeted her with earlier morphed into what could only be described as a malicious leer.

"It really doesn't matter anyway," he spat at her. Looking into his eyes she could see the sinister intent lurking within his mind. How could this be the same man that helped her while she was in the store? He'd been so kind and thoughtful. The man before her was ominous, his very presence was threatening. This dark eerie figure suddenly terrified her to the bone.

"I'm going to get in my car and leave. I'll scream if you don't leave me be."

"You don't seem to understand my dear Kagome. I'm taking you now and there is nothing you can do about it." He cruelly pushed her back into her own car. She stared to scream, but the sound was cut off by his hand clamping over her mouth.

Between her fierce struggle and the noise she was making, this was not going as Naraku had planned. Suddenly the door to the Escalade opened with a jolt. She watched as a man with his black hair pulled into a short pony tail pulled Naraku off her, and a man with long silver hair pulled her into their SUV. She gratefully allowed her saviors to pull her into their car where she would be safe. The man with the pony tail came back into the vehicle and sat beside her with a sigh, leaving her between him and the silver haired man.

"Thank you so much, I don't know what I would have done if you hadn't stopped him." She then watched as the passenger door opened and Naraku climbed into the front seat.

"You were making entirely too much noise," came the voice of a fourth man that she just realized was sitting in the front seat. He, too, had long sliver hair. "Do you realize how lucky we are that we'd parked next to her car?"

"What can I say? She's a fighter that's for sure." She began to panic. What the hell was going on?

"Let me out of this car!" Her terrified voice filled their ears. She began to try and climb over the man that was sitting next to her.

"I don't think so," said the sliver haired man that was beside her. He grabbed hold of her arms and held her in place. "Can we get a move on before someone comes?"

"Where are her keys?" asked the man in the driver seat.

"Right here, she dropped them with her purse," Naraku answered picking both articles up.

"Take her keys, get her license find her address and take the car to her house. We'll follow. You need to take the bags into her house leave them on the counter and then we're out of here."

"Then my finger prints are going to be everywhere. You know I bought this? I think I want it anyway."

"Don't take your gloves off, idiot. It's January and it's not going to seem weird for you to wear gloves. We have to make it look like she made it home because everyone in that store saw you with her. Don't move the seat around either; deal with it until you meet back up with us." With that Naraku climbed out of the car and her hope of escape was gone, as both men beside her prohibited her movement. Her world froze when she heard the locks on the doors click shut she knew her life as the carefree, fun loving Kagome Higurashi was over. After this she knew she would never be the same again.
