Kagome looked out the window, smiling softly. The moon was in the exact shape of a well-known marking.

He came to her in dreams, and she just knew that they weren't simply hopeful fantasies. She had said she'd wait for him, and his eyes had promised he'd find her. His image glowed in her mind.
