Chapter 1

What are Friends For?

~~Kagome hates pop music and everything about it! Especially that annoying pop singer Sesshoumaru. What happens when Sango wins a competition to hang with Sesshoumaru for two weeks and gives the announcer Kagome's name and phone number?~~

a/n- I deleted this story and I'm now re-posting it... and writing on it... and I changed some things around.. so yah. Read and Enjoy (reviewing too is a nice thing. If I don't get reviews I won't post... I don't know if anyone reads then ^^)

"Please! I beg of you! Turn it off!" Kagome wailed for the umpteenth time. Sango was once again listening to that annoying pop singer, Sesshoumaru.

"Aw, come on Kagome! This stuff is great!" Sango laughed as she danced to the music, rather off beat. Miroku, Sango's boyfriend, was dancing with her... both in Kagome's living room. Sango had blasted Kagome's radio once the pop singer had come on. Why did she even bother with her two pop-loving friends?

"Plea-" Kagome was cut off my Sango, who threw a pillow at her.

"Shhh!!! The announcer is announcing a competition!!!" Sango and Miroku said in unison.

"I don't see what the big deal is... Sesshoumaru's just some guy who inherited tons of dough from his father and now sells tons of cds to screaming fan-girls!" Kagome screeched in one breath. A nervous laugh escaped her as she caught Miroku's evil glare.

"Hurry and dial in quickly at 1-800-sesshoumaru for a chance to hang out with THE SESSHOUMARU of the pop singing world! You heard me right folks, two weeks with him! Just be the first to call in, answer a few questions correctly, and pack up for Mr. Sesshoumaru's mansion! Once again, that's 1-800-sesshoumaru." The announcer finished, but before he even said the phone number a second time, Sango had already called in. "It looks like we've got a Sesshoumaru fan folks! Hello, what's your name?" the announcer laughed.

A sly smile took place of Sango's normally smooth lips as she looked over at Kagome and said happily "Kagome Higurashi." Kagome gasped and stared blankly at Sango. Oh... she better get the questions wrong!

"Ok then Kagome... First question. How old is Sesshoumaru?"

"Eighteen... He started his career when he was 16," Sango chanted as if she new everything about him.

"Ok then... Next question. Where and when was he born?"

"In Tokyo at the General Hospital, room 413 on January 6, 1987 at 4:32 P.M."

Kagome laughed nervously at this. 'What was I thinking? Of course Sango's going to get every question right... This is the president of the I Love Sesshoumaru Fan Club... The one who writes a letter to him once a week confessing her love... I'm so dumb...' Kagome thought bitterly as Sango answered the last question.

"How many concerts has he sang his hit single, 'You are my Girl', devoted to his adopted daughter Rin?"

"Only three... He pretty much just came out with that song... It was only four months ago it was released!"

"Congratulations Kagome Higurashi! You have won the 'Sesshoumaru' contest! Pack up and prepare for two whole weeks with Sesshoumaru!" The radio station went to Sesshoumaru music as Sango told the announcer a little bit of information about herself... or rather, about Kagome... including her street address, phone number, age, and occupation. Kagome sighed to herself.

"Great... I feel a migraine coming on..."

Sango did it... She went off the deep end! She's crazy! My dear friend is completely nuts! You do remember that Sesshoumaru guy I told you about, right? Well... I'm sure you remember how much I HATE him! There was a competition today... and Sango being the baka she is, won it and gave my name! Now in a week, Sesshoumaru's coming to MY HOUSE to pick me up so I can spend two weeks hanging out with him! HA! Not something I will enjoy...

Anyways... today was uneventful other then that... Kouga asked me out again... Though he's still going out with Ayame. I don't think she likes me to much right now... Kikyo still hates my guts for some reason no one knows... Naraku nearly killed me again... Jeez... Just because I dumped him when we were... what... in the second grade? I think it was back then... Well... After school... Which was completely boring! Sango and Miroku came over to my house and hung out for a while... Then they put it in!

Yes yes, I know... I'm going to start ranting again.. I DON'T CARE! They went to a Sesshoumaru 24/7 radio station! Hello, ROCKER CHICK RIGHT HERE! I don't need this 'I love you' crap! And to make matters worse, they started dancing to it! DANCING!!! Nothing against Miroku... but he can't dance... and it's very rude to try and make out with your girlfriend while your dancing in front of a very paranoid rock girl who is listening to pop music!

Whew! Ok... I'm done now... for now... ha ha ha! Well yeah... after a while I got pretty mad and nearly broke the radio... but then Miroku made me stop... (blackmail...) and I just sat and complained for a while... then the competition thingy came up... That was fun... I still can't believe she knows so much about him! She even knows the exact second he was born I'm sure!

Well... I want to get some sleep before tomorrow... More tests... Joy... Good night dear diary!

~Kagome Higurashi

Dear Diary, Monday, February 5, 2007

Once again, my life is ruled by morons. Today was the day they chose the 'lucky winner' to spend two weeks in my house... my private house. And if that's not bad, you should have heard this girl! If I didn't know better, she's the one who sends me a letter once a week... about me. No... That girl's name is Sango Taijiya. This girl was Kagome Higurashi. I don't know why, but that name sounds familiar.

I must leave with a short journal entry today, Diary. I must rest and prepare my house. (By prepare, I mean human-proof lock all the rooms and cabinets she can not and is not allowed to access.)

With sincerity written,

Sesshoumaru Taisho

a/n- just so you know, each chapter will be short and will have at least one diary entry.. okies? okies
