She slowly woke from the blissful slumber she always had here in this bed, this lovely bed that wasn't hers.

She looked over to her right, seeing the one man who could break her world in one word, one look, one kiss.

She was his physically. He had her body; he could have it any time. That was how strong his hold was over her. And he didn't even know it; if he did, he didn't acknowledge that small little fact.

She loved him so passionately it killed her every day just to be by him, but that's what her heart wanted most, to never leave his side. It was a cruel game of love her heart decided to play, desiring a man who didn't even notice that she was there, besides than just a bed warmer.

And how she wished everyday, with all her heart that he would notice: acknowledge that she was there. That her arms were open to him if only would come to see the love she held.

But he was so into work that all he saw of her was a nanny for his beloved little girl, just another part of his staff that took care of his enormous house he called home.

So she locked away her love once she realized that he would never see her as more than Rin's caretaker.

And it hurt. It hurt so much that she cried silently to her self most nights before going to bed. Especially when he was out with another woman.

Her best friend Sango, another member of the five person staff that he had working at his humble abode, tried to cheer her up saying that he was a fool if had not noticed the beautiful woman he had working right under his nose, but it just hurt her more to here her say that about her: about him.

And she was a beautiful woman. A goddess. She had a body that just radiated femininity, had all the curves in all the right places as a woman should, two blue-gray eyes that could show you into her very soul if you so desired, and hair as black as the moonless nights she had to keep her company sometimes in her pain.

But he still never noticed...

Or so she thought...
