Oh, the cat and mouse between those two was just delightfully delicious! I'm greatly enjoying Sesshoumaru's hunt and Kagome's attempts to outmaneuver him. *grins* I'd love to see more of this.

Favorite lines / concepts
Sesshoumaru in a playful mood. This was classic. One of those hey
what moments? He isn't suppose to be in such a mood. I love the part
where she mentions being a plaything/chew toy is not on her list of life plans.
I also loved how she flaunts his colors in his face. That was a good
touch. I do think he caught on a little too quickly since it has been
500 years but it is an excellent setup for the next chapter.

I loved the ending with coping a feel and actually getting away with
it. I look forward to your next chapter. Especially, with
Sesshoumaru in mind for a little revenge.

Very nicely written; I think it's the start of a story though, at least that is the feel, rather than a one-shot (it says one-shot in the description). It's always wonderful to find a new (for me new, I haven't read anything by you before) writer who writes genuinely well, can tell a story, has good grammar and syntax and writes believable dialogue.

I was drawn into the story, and I thought you had Sesshoumaru very much in character - always important :) And Kagome as well, as far as we've been able to see.

I would very much like to see this continued into a full-fledged story... if you wanted to make a one-shot, perhaps increase it to a two-shot and add a longer chapter resolving things -- or, and this is my preference (although you are the arbiter, it's your lovely story) that you write it as a full story -- there is potential here and more than just a bit, for a great deal to happen.

I am looking forward to reading more, whether it is this story or any other you might care to share with us. Very well done!

There better be a part 2 or something!!! I liked it even though it was so short. I would like to see the second encounter if at all possible. It was just getting really good and you ended it... that was really mean you know.
