This story is great!! It is so well-written. The description is awsome. I love how Sesshomaru is portrayed, as well as Kagome. This story is original and I love it!! I hope to see updates often. I can't wait till the next chapter.

I really liked to read your story FL. The flow is good and the story interresting and original in the concept. I'll just remark that Sess is slightly OOC, but I assume a baby and Kagome can do that to a cold Taiyoukai. The fact is I never imagined him to be so cuddly... lol

Just for informative purposes:

- I wouldn't recommend to put somebody in anything cold while sick. Fever is needed by the body, because it kills the germs within. So when you are ill, it is wiser to seek warmth, in hot baths and herb tea with honey. (Honey was used a lot by egyptian healers). The problem with fever is that it can induce convulsions. This is why a fresh cloth can be applied to ones' head, to keep the brain cool enough. ^_^

- The illness can go through a mother's milk while breast feeding if the infection is in the blood. The general state of the body is also to take into account. Otherwise, there is no danger... Other than antibiotics or chemical remedies of course, but there was none in the Sengoku Jidai. ;)

I love this story! It was very sad for Kags to lose Inuyasha the way she did but it really set the stage for Sess see his brother in a new light. very fresh and original! please update soon!

Thank you for your e-mail re: Queen of the Kennel. I have just finished reading the first few chapters of this delightful story. I love the plot and the way you are portraying Sesshoumaru and Kagome. I adore his interactions with Akari. So sweet! But he had better get rid of those thoughts of marrying her off to someone else! I've been reading Sess/Kag stories for a long time and am glad I've discovered you. I like your style. After this I'm going on to your other stories on this site. You'll probably hear from me some more.

This is a really good story and I like where you are going with it. You have developed an interesting concept here and I like how slowly you are bringing them together (it is developing naturally)

I started and finished this today and I am LOVING it. They are falling for each other, but I think they will fight it for awhile. Sess will have her meet some males but then find something wrong with all of them I think.

I am really in love with your fic. It's sad, but still has a happy tune to it at the same time, along with humor, which is always a great touch. I like how you've also made Sesshoumaru's character. He's still cold when he wants to be, but he also has a warmer air to him without being OOC, like how so many others try to make him but fail in doing. The descriptions are beautiful, especially the sunsets, and Akari is adorable.

The only problem I have with this fic, though, is that there are some historical errors. You have this fic categorized in the Canon Universe, yet you described InuYasha being buried in a graveyard in a coffin. People of the Warring States Era would be either cremated, such as Kikyou was at her original death, or just buried in the ground without any such coffin, as we've seen InuYasha and company do when they came across a dead village during their travels.

Some of your clothing choices for Kagome are also inaccurate. For one, there were no dresses or skirts in Feudal Japan. If Kagome was wearing anything of the kind, then it would be from her time, which you have yet to mention. And the only way there would be a skirt was if she was wearing a kimono, but it would be attached to the upper part. There would be no way she could remove just the skirt by itself unless she cut it, and even then the upper part would be gaping open because of the lack of an obi. Now, if Kagome were wearing miko clothing, then the case would be different, but for the most part women of the Feudal Era only wore kimono.

Either way, since this is a fanfic, it isn't that big of a deal, but I thought I should address this as it is supposed to be set in the Canon Universe. As I said before, I really like this fic and I can't wait for your next installment. ;)
