I really don't know what to put here. What does one say about themselves? Does it matter? Do you think you know an author better by reading their About Me section? Do you find yourself turned off occasionally when you find they're talking about their political views? Or what? I'm curious.

Oh, about me actually. Um, I'm an American, I'm a liberal, I just have a high-school diploma, no college yet, I enjoy South Asian culture (Chinese, Korean, Japanese), I love red bean paste, and I enjoy writing. My most muttered phrase is: "I don't know". I cannot go to bed without my melatonin because I have non-24. Have you seen those commercials on TV where the blind people talk about their troubles sleeping? That's what it is, and yes, you can be sighted and have it.
