Nothing much to know about me. I've got so many stories that go through my head that I can't seem to settle on one. I don't usually post something until I'm done and happy with it, which rarely happens since I have a tendency to go back and tweak and tweak and tweak until I kill a story. So when I do post it'll be after a straight writing binge with no chance for me to go back and say "Why did I write this? This story stinks! No one will want to read that garbage."

Kagome protects Rin from Naraku long enough for Sesshoumaru to destroy him. However, she's injured in the process. Sesshoumaru allows her and the others to stay in his castle while she heals to show his gratitude. Never did any of them expect that one encounter to have long-term effects; least of all Kagome.

Sometimes I fear that I may be progressing too slowly. And your comment on the shortened sentences and emotion just melted my heart. Thank you so much for a kind review! I am even more pleased to read that you read all the way to chapter 22 and love it! I hope the future chapters are not a disappointment and that you will continue to read "The Hime Tradition". There will be several instances where I'm not able to catch all the spelling and grammatical errors, I don't have a beta to begin with, but in the future, I'll make sure I nitpick through it thoroughly. Also the short sentences and paragraph structures are meant for the fast-paced actions and thoughts of Kagome, it was intended for that purpose but I guess it was a bit confusing! Feedback from LinguisticFanatic: Oh, the sentence length was no problem, it was the word tenses in it that bothered me. I use short sentences for fast pacing in any type of action, suspense, and the sense of confusion when a lot is going on in my writing as well.
