Concept Kagome: Feathers Colored

Description:
I've had a bunch of line arts saved and bookmarked to color, so I decided it'd be best to finally start! (I'm so lazy. ;A; )
This lovely piece was done by sugar0o. I'm quite pleased with it. I tried a more relaxed shading technique (I don't even know what that means myself.) and it doesn't look half bad!
I decided to keep the hair unshaded. I'm really drawn to the solid style, but I did add a soft gradient to the lines to make it blend with the background.
Let me know your opinion on my coloring. Critiques are always welcome! c:
