Looking for another story. My mind remembers so many bits but nothing about the title. I don’t know if it’s here or fanfiction.net, or maybe if it even got deleted and sent to AO3. I believe it’s about kagome who finds herself pregnant with inuyashas child, he’s gone off to be independent, he doesn’t believe it’s his when she tells him. Sesshomaru steps in to be the child’s father. Kagome become his consort/wife. His mother is nice about it and helps. I remember a scene when she’s first introduced to the court and notices a demon staring at her rudely and calls him out while smiling. She used her cheerful nature as her “guard/shield”.
