Hi all,

I am looking for recommendations gift book(s) with the following plot devices. The giftee prefers plot and character driven stories (no pwp please).

+enemies become friends/friendly enemy
+enemies become lovers
+face-heel turn - good guy turns bad
+heel-face turn - bad guy turns good
+The Mole - A bad guy who pretends to be a good guy
+Becoming the Mask - either options (see tvtropes)
+Amnesiac Dissonance - (see tvtropes)
+Anti-Villain - (see tvtropes)
+Fallen Hero - (see tvtropes)
+Villain Protagonist - (see tvtropes)

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

Does the giftee have any favorite authors or books? Just to avoid suggestions of anything that he or she has probably already read.
