I've been seeing star-shaped tattoos a lot lately. Do they mean something in particular? My town also seems to suddenly have a lot of houses with star-shaped ornaments on the exteriors. Hmmm...

It's just what's popular right now. Tattoos go through trends just like clothes. For a while it was the barbed wire/ tribal arm bands, then butterflies, then the stupid stuff like inner lip tattoos and the finger mustache tattoos.

As for the house stars they're just what's come out lately as well. I admittedly have one though it's a sparkly red Christmas decoration.

I figure too many people are admiring 'Black Star' on the anime Soul Eater.
