So, I am ashamed to say that I havent actually seen every episode of Inuyasha. I'm working on it though. But I do have a question, for anyone who has: in final act, how many episodes are there? And have they released the English version yet? I'm on season 4 of the regular one right now, but I'm trying to get all the seasons before I finish with season 4, including final act.

I believe there are 26 Episodes in the Final Act and no it hasn't been realeased in English yet. You can watch it in Japanese on Hulu though.

Yes. There are 26 episodes and you can also watch them in Japanese on AnimeCrazy.net
