showing or boobs, then it would be fine right?

Actually, I'm pretty sure you can post anything in fanart, as long as it's rated accordingly--if it's got naughty bits, mark it as Mature. (After all, have you seen some of the stuff that's won in the awards? I don't think it gets more explicit than that ).
